Ac Blowing Warm Air, Then Cold Air

I posted this late last summer and got a few responses on my 03 1500HD. I tried the fuse pull method to reset the ECU and also tried disconnecting the battery. Seemed to help but this was late in the summer and did not use the AC a lot due to seasonal change. Now that it is warming up, the problem seems to still exist. The problem is that on hot days when I first start the truck, turning on the AC, it blows warm air. After driving for a few min, sometimes several min, the AC starts to blow cold air. It goes back to warm and then cold for several cycles. Note, the replacing of a dead battery a while back may have triggered the problem. That is, I do not recall this problem before replacing the battery.

Is there a TSB out there for this, a fix, etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
