1999-2003 Truck Brake Problems

Brake Failures!

 

Has anyone experienced this yet by chance? Corrsion etc.? I just bought a 2002 Sierra so I am somewhat concerned.

 

US government is looking into brake issues!

i have a 03 and if i was still living in the rust belt i would be concerned. when i have my oil changed my dealer goes over my truck completely (i have a very good dealer). i myself would be concerned of the rubber dry rotting/cracking first. had one fail on a truck years ago..

The US government is totally and completely utterly useless. Look under your own truck.
