Hey guys, I took my truck out today and got a few pics of some articulation. The Rancho and the Chevy performed quite well.

Looks great John.  Looks like you had some fun.  I can't wait till I can get my truck lifted.  Your truck is so sweet, it is one of the best I have seen (I've said it many time on FSC, but everytime I see your truck it just looks better).    :D

I gotta get some pics developed of my mudding last weekend, it was fun, but a lift really would have been nice, it may have kept some of the mudd out of my engine bay, it was too clost to the muddy water.

Hey thanks guys, I really wanted some mud but it hasn't really rained significantly here in a while. It was like a desert out there.

Appreciate the good comments,

John

I know how that is John.  I live in a freakin' hellish desert, it hasn't rained here, (well unless you call .02 of an inch rain), since July 4th.  It is horrible.  I mean when they tell you there is a severe drought in the damn desert then you know something is wrong.

I heard that sincityZ71  ;)  but thats ok with me. I kinda like that kind of 4wheelin. I enjoy going down to the beach and kickin up some sand or going off road like today. Its more enjoyable when you can go offroading and not have to come back and spend 3-4 hours cleaning your truck

Good pics John.  I like that kind of wheelin' too.  Alot easier to clean up.  :D   All the red clay down here SUCKS!

BTW, how is the wear, wet/dry traction, and mild off-road traction on the Goodyear AT/S tires?  I'm considering some of those in the 285 size.

Yeah I know how that is, too me a couple of hours just to wash off mud last time I got into some major mud.  It was a pain in the a$$.  Off-road out there in the desert is alot of fun though, and not to messy, your vehicle is always dusty here no matter what, so what is a little more.

The tires are great Tom. They perform really well on wet roads especially if you hit a large puddle of water the tires drive straight without pulling you into it. The dry is outstanding, no noise whatsoever. I have only had them for 8,000 miles, but I can't even tell any treadwear.
