The owner's manual has front suspention and steering linkage listed as the only 2 locations. Does anyone know how to do this and what fitting I need? I just changed the oil and I dont really want to take it in for 2 squirts of grease.

You just need a standard grease gun with some chassis grease...The "fittings" should be universal with any kind of grease fitting attachment on your grease gun.

Ok, where would these two locations be? Could I find them by just looking under the truck?

 

Take a look at the lower control arm close to the wheel. Just look for a standard zerx fitting.
