Uy2 Camper Wiring Option

I have a 2008 2500HD with the HD towing option and the UY2 Camper wiring option. I plan to install a 7 way RV plug in the bed of the truck behind the drivers side fender well for a 5th wheel trailer. My question is... Does the UY2 option wiring originate in the rear of the truck near the bumper RV plug? I would like to know if that is the case so I can try to pull the wiring that is bundled in front of the wheel well towards the back so I do not have to extend the wiring. Thanks.

i know on older models there was a wire harness for 5th wheel/slid in campers on the driver side harness between the cab and bed. should look like the rear harness...

Yeah I know where it is stored on top of the frame. I was just under the truck, un-tied the wiring and worked it out from above the fuel tank. It was going toward the rear and now I have enough slack to wire it to a 7 way plug I plan to install behind the wheel well.
