When did Chevy last use the name "Carry All"?

I remember the Suburban was called the Carry All some time ago.  When did Chevy stop using this name?

There is a 1964 sales brochure that uses the name Suburban-Carryall.

I think they ran it through the early '70s, until the body change in '73.  I _know_ they didn't use it on any of the bodystyle like mine ('73 and up) but I think I have seen it on a '69-'72 body style.

I'd like to know the answer to this one myself...

This may sound funny but I really think that if you check and see the last year International Harverster built the Travellall will be the last year that Chev used Carryall.  The year would have been 73 or the 74 year model I think.  This is one of those things that when I saw the question I thought that I knew the answer but I don't know where it came from.  Also the Carryall was the stripped down plain jane truck, as best as I can remember.
