Wtb: Small Tool Boxes For Cargo Management System

If anyone is looking to get rid of the small tool boxes that are used on the GM Cargo Management System, please let me know. I was able to get the CMS for a decent price and would like to get 1 or 2 of the small tool boxes.

 

There is a few for sale on Ebay that are brand new and un-keyed for $170 shipped. I am hoping to find someone who maybe doesn't use or want them anymore. Please keep in mind that the total cost would have to be below $170 (shipping charges, new locks for $25, ect.... If there is someone who just wants to unload their tool box for the CMS, please let me know.

I sold mine brand new because when I tried them on my truck, along with the large box, it left my crew cab with virtually no bed space. You may find a similar story from others.

These boxes don't hold much - they are tiny.

 

They also sit high on the rails - I had to take mine off when I got my Undercover tonneau so it would close.

 

If I had known that at the time I would have selected a different package.

I have the CMS and like the small box (only one I have). I use it to carry my tie down straps, cargo net and other things necessary when hailing things. Its nice, I can take it off and leave in garage when I don't need to have those things.

 

I don't put any covers on my box so its not a problem, the tonneau and cappers hinder my use of my truck. One mans PITS is another mans godsend. lol

When I got my truck I got the large and 2 small boxes. The dealer screwed up putting on the weatherstripping on the small ones and water leaked into them when it rained and I was driving. It ruined the air compressor I had in one and the paint started chipping off the bottom. I brought them back under warranty and they ended up giving me two brand new ones. I had dropped them off to be fixed and picked up the new ones with a different vehicle since my my truck was in Maryland and I was only back in NY for the weekend with a flight and rental car. So they just gave them to me still unkeyed with the stickers still over the locks. By then it was winter and I had no need for the boxes. Since then, they've been sitting in my basement and I haven't had a need for them. I've been thinking of getting rid of one or maybe both. I sent you a PM back.

I appreciate the help. I have been watching EBAY and actually just got one for $75. I am still looking for one more, but I do apprecaite the heads up. It seems these things are all over EBAY, but sometimes they all don't seem to show up when searching. Again, thanks for keeping an eye out and putting up this post.
