Relieving Tension On Serpentine Belt

what is the proper way to relieve the tension on this belt on a 5.3 chevy...07..

 

I do not see a tensioner like my old vehicle.....BAr and clockwise HuH

Upper left hand side. Forget the size... probably 15mm? Put wrench on pulley bolt and torque clockwise to relieve tension on the belt.

(edit: by "left hand" i mean looking at the picture. Passenger side of engine)

 

with tension off, its easiest to slip the belt off the idler. Same thing for reinstalling it... put it on the idler last.
