Blend Door Actuator

Does anyone have a diagram showing where the Blend door actuator is? If I have the temp set at 60, the driver side blows out hot air and the passenger side blows out 60 degree air. No matter what settings it's on the driver side is always hot. I thought this might be the problem......any ideas or help would be great.

You probably have more than one actuator. I have a 99 and there are 3: drivers side, middle, and passenger side. Sounds like only the drivers side is bad on yours.

They are typically close to where the air will discharge out of the vent system. On my 03 the drivers side one is easy to get to. I had to change the passenger side and it was a pain. If you do it yourself, make sure you don't plug in the new actuator until it is installed because it will do a range of motion test when it is powered up to set it's stops.
