true lowrider: a vehicle lowered and customized using QUALITY parts and materials.  no cheap wal-mart stuff.  also, lowriders usually have mods that do make them go fast!

rice: slow and ugly vehicles constructed with poor quality parts with gaudy wings, fart pipes, cut springs, etc...
