Lower Control Arm

I have been struggling with the removal of my lower control arms on a 1991 GMC C1500 to put in new bushings. The one bolt seems to be seized in the control arm bushing. Any ideas on how to remove this? I have tried oil and heating it, but it still won't budge.

 

Any suggestions would be helpful.

If you're not already, try using an impact gun. If all else fails, cut the head off and drill it out.
