Paint

I already have a stripe painted along the bottom of my truck that was painted back before I bought the truck. I need to repaint it because of a rust repair and general wear and tear on the paint. I am wanting to take a less expensive approach to the problem. Therefore I am looking for an alternative to having a paint job at a shop. Attached is a picture of the truck, I don't know if you can see the stripe or not. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Have you considered repainting it with rhino liner or line X? I see alot of 4x4's with done. Keeps the rust away and the rock chips. And it's esy to apply and cheap.

I was thinking about it but I wasn't sure if the texture in them would make it look weird. How much texture is there to it.

I believe with rhino, they can spray it with very little to no texture. plus with rhino it has a smoother rubbery texture, so you could still wash it easily and not snag your mit, or have trouble getting it to come clean
