Just picked up a EXT full load (no rear dvd, power running boards) from L.A. Had some 24" MHT wheels thrown on, currently on my way back home! Love it so far.

Thanks guys. Yes I still have my Silverado, this is actually my Dad's new truck. Me and him are driving it back up! We both love it so far. I wish I could have found an EXT for myself before the Silverado but there's not too many things that are different!

Thanks guys! I believe its a 09, not 100% sure. I can't wait to see how the midgate works, x2 on the greatest invention. It has a system - not sure how its set up, sounds great (probably re-q or high quality line out). Takes up too much space - gonna sell it and get a JL stealthbox. Other than that - its AWESOME. I'll be swapping keys with my dad for sure!

I believe it was $48kusd before BC's 12% tax. Looking at just under $60k, the dealer was asking $52,500 in September and my dad decided to shoot him an offer again and they negotiated at 48. Only 35,000km = 15k miles? I believe it was lowered 2" - Eibach camber kit. I was skeptical about it but my dad actually likes it - looks different than the rest of the escalade's in our area, rides great, and he doesn't go offroading - of course. But if I could find the parts to bring it back up to stock for cheap, wouldn't mind that.

Will the lowering kit fit an '07 Escalade (SUV)? I'd be interested in doing a swap.

 

And I hear ya, GM did a superb job designing the new Eskys. After sitting in the X5, ML, GL, etc, I prefer to ride in the Caddy.

 

You guys drive from L.A all the way up to B.C? If you did, how was the ride?
