Side Steps

I'm looking for the torque values for the brackets that attach the factory tubular side steps on a 2007 Silverado Classic. I believe the middle bracket attaches to a body mount but I'm not sure if the front and rear brackets attach directly to the frame or also to body mounts. I also need the torque values for the bolts that attach the tubes to the brackets. I need to remove the steps for some work to my truck and will then be reinstalling them.

I just put new steps on my truck and the instructions called for 65 for the cab mount bolts. The other bolts that were the same thickness were also 65 and the smaller one for the middle bracket was 40.
