Windshield Wipers...

I have yet to find a good replacement wiper that lasts very long.  I've tried every type of blade I can find at the auto store (over a few years).  Does anyone have a certain blade that lasts a long time?  Also, have any of you heard about a 100% silicon wiper blade....I read about it years ago, but lost the info...

Yeah, I've been in the same boat - never found a good aftermarket blade/refill that did a good job, for a decent length of time, AND was quiet.

I just decided to bite the bullet and buy the GM OE replacement blades once a year or less often - they work best and are the quietest I've found - just hate paying so much for blades - something like $16 per blade.

Just recently bought Bosch.  So far they are the best.  I did buy some ??? and they lasted like 3 months

I agree.  Seems like all of the OEM wipers last longer than the aftermarket types.  I'm currently using the Bosch, but I barely got this summer out of them.  Not very pleased on how long they lasted.

I remember years ago on a VW/AUDI page people were raving about a blade that was made out of something like 100% silicon...cant remember.  Either way, they said it lasts a long time and works 10x better than the normal blade.  I'll see what I can dig up in the next few days.

Piaa makes a high quality silicone wiper blade. Has anyone ever tried it?

I like the lifetime warranty on the Triple Edge.  Wal-Mart has replaced a set 4 times on my Honda.

The only thing a windshield wiper does around here is scrape the dust off the windshield.
