Grounds And P0449

I tried the "easy fix" for the p0449 code popping up, just r&r the valve, no luck.

 

I hooked my DMM to the new and old valves to check for contuinity, not getting any shorts out of either.

 

so im going to assume its "another" ground problem. Anyone have a wiring diargram and can tell me if this grounds to the g403 or somehwere else? ive had problems with this ground before.
