Got the Software update, New AC DELCO throttle body, fuel injection cleaning service the SA advise me to do to get rid of the reduce engine power. I check the ground wire on the passenger side with the sheild off and its tight in there. My connection to the throttle body was changed out before i bought the car so i didnt replace that. Whats the deal with my 6.0? Can the wires go bad? do i need to change again?

I have seen some connector issues but I've also seen those issues caused by low voltage. The tac system is one of the most sensitive systems on the vehicle and system voltage is very important. I've had everything from battery connections to ignition switches cause just that. You can laugh but even bad batteries. Good enough to crank the vehicle but bad enough that during a cranking even, system voltage drops off below 9 volts. With both tps 1 and 2 low, I'd be leaning towards a system voltage problem. Hard to tell without the vehicle in the bay though.

Installed AC Delco ignition switch with to no avail. Only pulling codes P2135 & P0120. Order a used pedal sensor and harness, Last owner replaced the pedal sensor so im thinking this one went bad. I am running out of option. Does the ground g103 and g104 ever get loose on a cadillac truck I havent checked those yet?
