Ext. Cab Chevys/sierra Lifted Pics

I'm too lazy to search through pages and pages of photos hoping that some load up on my slow ass connection my service provider claims to call "high speed."

 

I am looking for a bunch of pictures of lifted silverados or sierras that are extended cabs. There are tons of great trucks on here like LSU Dark Knight, Matt_ and a few others that have a lift the size I am interested in, but are crew cabs.

 

Any ext. cab guys out there that would like to share?

Same thing I was thinking, I see a lot of Crew Cabs, but never Ext Cabs.
