Remove/replace Daytime Running Lights..?

Does anyone here know how I would Remove/Replace the DayTime Running Lights on 1999 Silverado..??

I also need to Remove/Replace the 2 License Plate lights as well..??

 

Does anybody have any info, diagrams, pics, replacement part #'s Ect for doing these Procedures..??

There are two pins that are the top of the headlights, pull those and the headlight comes out. Then you should have acess to the drl bulbs.

The back just crawl under and twist out the plug.
