So im gonna assume as much that this has been up posted a few times and i didnt see it in the search and plus i could be an idiot to. So i got a 2.5" leveling on my truck and i know that having my torsions turned up is extremly hard on my upper ball joints. I have had really good luck for having the leveling kit in the truck for three years with out doing much front end work till this year. Im on my third set of upper ball joints this year now. Im thinking of spending the money and getting moog performance parts. Am i going a good direction with that or is there other ones out there that i can purchase?

Secondly, the tire shops in town here seem not to been able to do a proper wheel alignment this year. My steering either pulls when its done so i take it back to fix it and when its fixed my steering wheel is out of wack. Is there a way at home i can do the alignment myself. I dont know much about front end parts to much but just the names of everything. Can anyone explain to me about alignment and help me out so i dont have to keep wrecking my tires?

Moog is good stuff!

Do you have a Firestone close? They've always done good work for me...

You can measure and set the toe, but thats about it for a shadetree mechanic. I would leave it to the pros though.

They should be able to center the steering wheel for you when its done properly
