Black Bear Tuning And Other Tuners

I have been doing some research pm them, as well as the pro's and con's of tuning my truck. But here's the kicker..i am no where near there facility. So can a tune be added at the shop then the whole thing shipped to me. Or so i have to take the truck in. If so, anyone know of any types of tuners that would work for me. Or a tuning shop close to my location. The Atlantic Provinces in Canada.
