2.5 Inch Leveling Kit

i've read some mixed reviews about a 2.5 leveling kit. i read that it puts too harsh of an angle causing parts to wear out quicker. im not sure which part it wears out but is this something thats gonna wear out at 70k miles instead of 100k for example? i drive maybe 5-6k miles a year and i only have 1k on my truck now. i do zero offroading and the roughest roads i drive on are CA freeways a couple times in the winter. so im pretty easy on my truck if that makes a difference. the only reason i want the 2.5 is to fit some 305/55/20s on a 20x9 wheel with 20mm offset. not sure if i could do this with a 2 inch. any help would be great. thx

Not sure if you could fit those tires anyway with a 2.5 inch level and no trimming. I am running those and there is no way I could fit those with a smaller setup than I have without trimming. But to your main question I'm not sure how much sooner it will cause it to go out but if you are worried about warranty than with only driving 5-6k a year than you will be way out of your warranty by the time the parts go out.
