02 Escalade Trans

I have a 02 escalade awd with the 6.0 and the radiator is leaking transmission fluid out by the lines. Here is my question are there supposed to be o-rings on the trans lines going into the radiator, the engine oil lines arent leaking and I didnt see any when I replaced the radiator (for leaking coolant). Any help will be greatly appreciated, this thing has been a big pain.

mine had no o-rings

same think happened to me when i replaced radiator on my 98 sierra, trans connections leak , engine oil connection was no problem. all i did was keep loosing, retighten, clean the connections, etc. of course the one that gave me the most problen was the one that was harder to get too. each time i would retighten it would leak less , i quess the connection would seat better n better,

thanks man unfortunately i didnt catch the leak in time and I think it messed up the trans because i dont have 3rd or 4th gear. Was it a aftermarket radiator or one from the dealership the one i had was a aftermarket one from oreillys because the dealership wanted $900 for theres, but i know whats going to be taking up mine time for a couple days anyone know how bad it is to pull one out of a 02 escalade awd.

Well, you'll probably drop the exhaust undo the drive shafts, unbolt from engine, undo the crossmember and all the wiring, then try to lower the tranny and transfer case at the same time. It's an all day job, maybe more, if you're not experienced. Oh yeah, probably a good idea to drain the fluids first.
