2005 Tahoe 4x4

I have a 2005 tahoe and was having similar issues. In key position one all lights light on puch button but go off after running. At first I could turn on and off several times and push the 4H and eventually it would engage. Now nothing except all the lights still light up upon starting. How can I tell what my issue is? I assume there are relays that maybe I can check out. Ele or Mechanical?

I checked the TCC module under driver dash for connections and power. Orange wire had power. I unplugged for while and reinstalled.

Not sure. I don't know that much about them. I do know a guy that has a 05 Suburban that basically had the same symptoms that you are describing and eventually he had to have the transfer case replaced. Not saying that's what is wrong with yours, but just trying to give you some ideas.
