Hi everyone, the rear shocks have been change on my 2004 Yuk xl with regular Monroe ones (can't pay for oem at $600.00 a piece) i know that my autoride isn't fonctionnal by this time. I just want to know if there's a way to erase the suspension repair message on the dash ?

Thanks

There are several autoride/level repair threads around here.

Do a search and read them closely.

One persons story to kill the "service autoride" warning message

was to send his PCM to a PCM burner (westers?) and have them eliminate the autoride programming from his PCM and then using regular shocks in place of the autoride units.

Will post link when I find it....................

EDIT............Bingo!!

I looked into this also, im going with bilstein shocks.. and pretty much understanding that im just gonna live with the msg..

unless you can get a dealer to get into your body control magangment or whatever it is and tell it that the truck doesnt have autoride..

is yours 1500 or 2500? because even though they both say "autoride" there are completly different
