Power Loss(electrical)

Hey, I have an 08 sierra denali with 48000 miles and I have a problem. This happen two times in three days. While taking off slowly, and going to 2nd gear, my dash and radio lights flash off and on. While they flash, the truck be jerking(dying) but seems to clear itself. It has not shut down yet, but it act like its going to while doing this. At first I thought it was the alternator, but got no battery light and voltage still around 14 while running. I have no check engine light on nor get it to stay on after this happen. I have check my battery connection and they are good. It almost feel like while driving, I'm turning the key on and off. The first day it happen, the radio clock reset and my ac reset. Please help!
