New Truck

No I didn't trade the ZR2 in but I think I may sell it before long.My wife drives a shade over 100 miles per day round trip for work and we needed something new since her Tahoe had just under 100k on it.We really hated to get rid of it but it was time for somthing new plus with the fact that both her family and mine own land that is used for hay cultivation it will come in handy,not to mention the fact that we have a piece of land we want to build on and she'll probably have a horse or two.

Well,Here it is.Worked the deal today in record time for me at least.Right at 4 hours from the time we walked in until the time we drove it out and that includes looking at a few other somewhat comparable trucks before we started dealing with the salesman.

It's an '02 2500 HD CC D/A in Victory Red,not exactly my first choice in color but I can't complain because it was a good deal plus I didn't want an '03 because that new front end hasn't grown on me just yet.

It is a 2wd because I didn't see the need for a 4x4 with the type of towing and hauling that it will do but I'll probably put a Ranch Hand replacement bumper on the front of it with a medium duty winch just in case.

Though I may keep it clean for the reason that it is an investment it will not be babied just to keep it looking new.This one will be worked and worked hard at times so things are bound to happen here and there.
