2007 Sierra Electric Seat Modification?

Hi Guys, newbie here. I bought a 2007 sierra new body style slt. It has a sunroof. I flew down and drove it back. I'm 6'4" and found out that the sunroof takes away about 4" of head room. When the electric seat is at is lowest position my head is just making it under the headliner. I can feel my hair touch the headliner. Sometimes this bothers me and some days it doesn't. Is there a way to modify the electric seat rails to get another inch lower to give me the extra room. The plastic on the side of the seat looks like it could do down a little further. I love this truck and don't want to sell it.

Cut ur hair...it'd be cheaper.

The plastic is just the trim piece. I doubt there is any way to lower the seat frame. Haven't seen it done anyhow. Good luck.

I read about someone modifying the frame but that was on a different vehicle. Literally the seat frame not the rail. The rail seems low as is.
