2 Or 2.5 Lift Kit?

I have a 2008 silverado lt crew cab. I'm thinking about installing a lift kit and am wondering if 2.5 would be too much or if 2 would be too little. I dont' want the front to appear higher than the rear. Any recommendations?

I just purchased a 2" RC kit for my 08 sierra. I was about to purchase the ready lift kit for 3 times the cost and I am glad I listened to people on this forum

go with the 2.5. I just added a CCM 2.5" and it looks pretty good. i think the 2" would be too little

I bought a 2" from www.topguncustomz.com for $60 i love it. if you haul stuff in your bed or tow regularly i think a 2.5 will make the back look saggy.

Hey guys, I don't mean to jack this thread, but I am having trouble with the same 2" or 2.5" dilemma.

 

I have a 2011 Sierra Denali 2wd, and am afraid that the 2.5" kit that I bought recently may be too much front lift for the truck.

 

Any thoughts? Are the denali trucks any higher than a silverado or standard Sierra? Does the 6.2 liter drivetrain cause a Bedford front spring rate?

 

I have a 2.5 kit, but am afraid to install the kit.
