Rear End Squealing / Squeaking

I have a 97 1500 Sierra, ext cab 4x4. I seem to have developed a sqealing/intermittant squeaking coming from the back of the truck. It only happens under acceleration and does not present in neutral when revving. It is most audible going from slow to around 15-30 mph. Can someone tell me what this could be?

Yeah, maybe the U-joint. I don't think wheelbearing because it only happens under throttle, when the driveshaft would be speeding up, it doesn't happen when i'm coasting or rolling. How would i check to see if it is the u-joint?

U-Joint X2.

Pull the propshaft out and check for binding in the joints movement. I'll bet money that the rear joint, at the rear

axle, is half seized up and possibly already eating itself apart.
