Anyone get a recall notice?

Got a recall notice for my 99 Sierra today, It states that the seat belt retractors on 1999 and 2000 Silverado and Sierra pickups may be faulty and not lock up properly in an accident.  It might be just for Canadian trucks, i'm not sure,  but thought I would let you guys know.

Had the retractors replaced probably at least a year ago in mine due to the same recall notice.

That came out a couple of years ago for all '99s.

Mine were replaced about 6 months ago when I went in for some brake line recall.

I have never received a notice about the seat belt retractors, only the relocating of brake lines.  Is it possible that only a certain range of VIN's were involved or only LS or LT trim levels ???
