TSB Help please

Back when the Crackeregg site was still around, I saw a TSB about quarter window wind noise. I got the number from alldata.com (99-08-001A), but was wondering if anybody might have a copy of this bullitin and could e-mail it? My dealer wants to argue about it, and is saying that the noise is completely normal.

Todd, here's what I know - had a lot of noise on my '99 passenger side vent window, and the dealer told me that if the window was out from flush w/ the metal about 1/4" or more, they would usually authorize a replacement.  They had a 3rd party window guy come in and replace it - did a nice job too.

 

I'd think they could just adjust it, but maybe not?
