What is the proper name for the manual or book that dealerships and auto repair shops use to gauge the difficulty and lenght of time required to make a repair? :cheers:

Chilton is a popular one. Also a lot of private shops now use the All-Data software which has labor and parts information not to mention all the technical info and wire schematics.
