Need Help Please

i have a 06 silverado 5.3. diablo programer,cai,magnaflow exhaust.i go to break torque the truck barely spins the tires then after 30 seconds are so it may be less it just blows the tires away.question it what is it.why does it do this. is it the torque management doing that.how can i delete it. thanks

Welcome to the site. I believe for your 06, there's 3 different places to reduce or remove torque management. Engine has one, then the transmission I believe has 2. Check out the diablo/forum for support. Look up MonteSS for help. He's a great guy who will help do what he can. He can also for a small fee do you a custom tune.

there is a throttle/WOT delay in the trucks... it should already be reduced/eliminated in the diablo tunes... but it could have been an oversight and it may not be...

 

it can definitely be eliminated with a custom tune... there are a lot of other things that can be adjusted in a custom tune as well - getting your fueling adjusted correctly so that your average LTFT's (long term fuel trims) are dialed in to the 0 to -2 range, you'll gain quicker throttle response, acceleration, stronger/harder pull, and usually even better mileage too....
