Broken Ground Strap

Hi all , While changing my oil I noticed a broken ground strap over the brake boosterI cant seem to find where it goes . can someone with an 04 Silverado 1500 4x4 with a 5.3 pop thier hood and tell me where it goes ? I would greatly appreciate it . Thanks Dave,

That strap goes to the hood.

mine broke off on the nut and i left it for a good year or so lol
