Power Lost

[gmc1991]

i have a ( 1991 ) gmc Sonoma s-15 ext.cab truck (V.6 4.3 )

 

i have lost power on my truck

i have head light's and a dome light

 

i do not have dash lights,when i turn the key nothing happens

the starter does not trun

the battery is good the pos and neg wires are good

alt.is good fusieable links on the alt are good

fusieable lkin on the starter is good

i have power also going to the radio but not enough to make it work

i have looked under my dash at the fuse box all are good except one ( shunt fuse )

i have re-place the ( ig switch ) on the column

 

can any body help

 

oh and i also checked to make sure that my pos. and neg. wires from the battery to the starter was not grounding out

they are both good
