Frozen Water Inside Foglight Assembly

So before winter we had a huge rainfall and the roads got washed out so i had to drive through it to get to the farm. and water and mud got in my foglights. i found out to take them off the truck but now i just need to figure out how to seperate the lense from the body.

 

do i throw it in the oven? if so how long and what temp? also what can i use to reseal the lens back to the body after its all cleaned up?

I did mine at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes. Put the housing in the oven ontop of a piece of wood before you turn the oven on. make sure to wear some gloves
