Intense Jolt

Sometimes when i slow down for a stop sign and not come to a complete stop the truck jerks forward really hard when i lay back on the gas pedal. Why do you think this happens? bad Axle Joints? could this be doing any severe damage to anything because it worries me when it happens

Clean and lube the prop shaft slip yoke.
