Guys,

According to the manual (I didn't notice this before), every oil change I should be Lubricating the front suspension, steering linkage, and parking brake cable guides. I have no idea what these look like, where they are located etc. Could someone post pics, and what toy use? I have a little over 25,000 and I do my own oil changes...this lubrication hasn't been done at all. Will the truck be okay?

that is for a 99..looks like someone needs to make an updated one for th 07+...

Yeah, I noticed that. I would like to take it to the dealer and have them do it, but then I am afraid they will say, "You mean, you haven't been doing this during the last 25,000 miles?" and give me warranty issues.

No I am sure it will go more like this:

Guy takes your keys and your cell phone number so he can call you as soon as it is done.

Guy never calls you so you call him and ask if your truck is done.

Guy says yep, one of our techs is pulling it around just now.(actually the truck never moved)

You walk in and the guy hands you a bill. You come back here and post about the stealership ripped you off.

Then someone on here flames you for ever taking your truck to the dealership.

Someone says "search!"

Someone registers just to say the people who are flaming you are ^%^$#*#.

There are only2 grease points on your truck, one each side on the front. Lubing every oil change is too much you'll blow the rubber out.

Dealership blew my driverside, but of course I couldn't prove that, :driving:

If you do lube it, one pump thats it.
