Need Help And Info On '93 Gen V 454

Hi, I acquired a '93 Gen V 454 in a classic car I bought and am having difficulty finding specs and such on it. I have a Comp cam I want to install to wake it up a bit but am unsure if the stock valve springs are up to it. Where would I find specs on the spring rates and cam lift limits ? I found one article about possibly needing to convert to adjustable rocker arms also. Am interested in how much lift the stock set-up will handle before needing the adjustable. It has a Torker intake and Holley 750 carb on it too, not TBI.

Also looking for a timing cover as someone in the past pryed this one off to change the cam chain and messed it up pretty badly. I'll post a "wanted" in the proper forum too.

Call the company you would like to buy the cam from. Most companies have matching valve springs to go with the cam. If you go with comp, they could probably sell cam, lifters, springs, pushrods and rockers with adjustable nuts all at one shot.
