2008 Silverado Power Seat Wont Move

I have a 2008 silverado LTZ leather heated seats. I bought this truck one week ago and i think the seats worked fine. Now when i try to move the driver seat it only moves when it wants to, and i did notice it moved better when i was not sitting on it. I did program the seat recall buttons, but i dont know if that has anything to do with it. Most of the time i can not adjust it when i am driving. Is the motor going out or is this something i did when i programmed the seat recall? please help.
