So i was plowing a narrow driveway today and backed into a snow bank but only the tail pipe got hung up my bumper and everything else is fine.... now my tail pipe is rubbing up against the tire and hanging maybe 2 inches from the ground soo....

what would a new oem tail pipe cost? or should i maybe look into aftermarket exhaust?

Or should i just cut the pipe off where it bend and just leave it like that?

you have many options man. all of which you stated yourself. personaly, id go get a muffler back. wouldnt cost more than 150 or so at your local muffler shop. get a nice sound you like if you dont have an aftermarket one already and enjoy your new exhaust. :jester:

cut it off after the muffler and save up to get your choice of a nice cat back exhaust.

I wouldn't go too long with the tail pipe cut off. You want the exhaust to be flowing out away from the under carriage, cause after time, condensation from the pipes will start to rot your under chasis (mainly under the bed). I have a complete stock muffler that I had cut off for my new gibson exhaust, that has been sitting in my garage's loft ever since. Though shipping it would be the costly factor. I figure to sell it for $65 or so. It is in great condition with the exception that it was cut right before tail pipe enters muffler.
