Looks like I need a reman NVG 246 EAU ('04-NP8) t-case - anybody hook me up with a good link/source?

can not help you on a source, but what happened to it? the dreaded pump rub hole?

I'm planning on ordering and "fixing" mine, hopefully before it goes to pieces. I have ~170k miles with no troubles.

Well not shifting - well intermittant. Looks like front shaft bearing is gone. Bad grinding. Lots of metal particles in fluid. Pump hasn't worn through - yet - LOL. Only have 73K on it. I am not a happy camper. Figured a rebuild / replace bearing would only be a matter of time before the rest might go. Just need to find a "good" source. Not sure an Ebay vendor is who I want!!
