Nbs Tow Mirror Problem

I just put some OEM power, heated, turn signal mirrors on my NNBS Sierra. Driver side worked fine when I put it on. Put passenger side on aand blew the mirroe fuse. Replaced fuse, now passenger mirror works fine but driver side won't turn in and when I have the rocker switch on the pass. side, the driver side mirrors follows what the pass. side is doing. I didn' think these needed reprogrammed at the dealer. Do they need programmed or anyone else have this issue? Gonna work on them some more tomorrow. Any help is appreciated. Yes, if you have door control modules they need programming. Mine did almost the same thing, and a dealer program solved it. Not sure how much, the install was done when I bought the truck.

 

The fuse thing seems weird though... Mine never blew fuses

How do I know if I have the door control modules? My truck does not have the power fold option, don't know if that matter or not. Thanks for help.
