6.0l Exhaust Fitment On A 4.8l

I have a 2002 gmc sierra with a 4.8l and another member on the forum is selling an exhaust that is cut a few inches before the muffler. will that exhaust fit my truck?

ummm, since that's the muffler off a 6.0l it should have two inputs and one outputs whereas the stock 4.8l muffler has one in and one out. Or that's how the stock muffler on my 6.0 was.

yah i dont think its goin to fit becaus ei was reading up that it has the two pipes goin into the muffler then out as 1

My 4.8 Yukon had one in then two out that went back in to one... ???

my truck goes from the headers to individual cats then goes into a single pipe to muffler and out single the muffler i was talking about goes from two pipes into cat and out as 1
