Heated Seats And Dash Lights

I've got an '04 Yukon Denali. The dash lights are not working and the heater control lights aren't working. I'm assuming this is a short or something in the dimmer switch? I have checked some fuses and they are all ok. Not sure which fuse the dash lights are on to be real honest, and the manual doesn't say either.

 

I've also got issues with my heated seats. I push the button and they light up, you can hear a click like they are turning on, but they stay on for a second or two and then just immediately go back out. Anyone had this issue with the seats? Do I need to replace my switches? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
