Ford Torsion Keys

Ok, I have a question with the Ford Torsion bar keys. Do they lift your truck when you swap them out with the old keys or do you have to crank them up? thanks

My cousin got the Ford torsion keys and what they did was lift the front end of the truck aboout 2 inches.  He counted the threading so he could set the bolts back to where they were, but he still got an alignment since the tires were still off.  But yes, it does lift the front end about 2 inches or so, even without cranking up the bolts :thumb:
