Does The "chevy Lean" Cause Any Effects?

i know there is a cure for the lean, but is there really any negative effects to leaving it?

sorry bobert its the beer man....i'm talking about the issue on the gmt-800s(2wd i believe) where the driver side of the truck has a slight lean to it...i believe the cure was to add a spacer to the coil...
