LegndLarry33 Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 Hi Guys, So I have an '02 Sierra with 150k... 4.8L, 4x4, 5sp.... and I am seriously considering an upgrade... found a '10 with 14k and the 5.3L that I'm excited about, but was wondering if anyone here has the ability to run VIS reports... first big purchase and just want to make sure I didn't stumble upon a dog... its a Toyota dealership and I'm hoping someone just traded it in for gas mileage... Please let me know if anyone can help... VIN# 1GCPKPE08AZ186541 Appreciate it!
Stevens03 Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 Try this site http://www.compnine.com You can enter the vin there and it will tell you all about the options. If you want more, you'll need to go to a GM dealership.
LegndLarry33 Posted March 21, 2011 Author Posted March 21, 2011 Thanks - Very cool site, but unfortunately it couldn't figure it out... maybe because the truck too new? Anyways, guess I'll try calling a couple dealerships tomorrow, but I kinda figured they'd be reluctant to give it to me whereas I'm buying it somewhere else...
music Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 Pick the dealer you would choose for service. Service earns their keep separate from sales.
LegndLarry33 Posted March 22, 2011 Author Posted March 22, 2011 good thought, thanks I'll swing by the one that I've used for my '02 from time to time

Get it for as cheap a price possible and enjoy.
