The scratch was pretty bad, and I wish I had complained the first time I saw it. The tailgate has yet to be polished and is badly swirled. Needed the work anyways.

AutoGlym Super Resin Polish on Med Green Polish Pad

GG DA polisher

A little Meg's Spray wax after

Damn, how did the do that? Did they offer any type of compensation for the scratch? You did a great job taking care of it though.

When they sprayed the liner they took the tailgate off and put it on stands. The stands were padded and looked good. My truck was realy dirty the day i took it in. I imagine if it were clean it would not have scratched like that. I actually didn't notice it untill a week later. I haven't called them on it because i was planning on doing the paint correction all over my truck and, here in Charleston, who knows who they would get to fix it.

I fixed it in about an hour (the entire tailgate). It would have cost me at least a day if I would have let them take care of it.
